Only for independent cooperation, there is no employment relationship;
Foreign tutors and NAT English only have a relationship between service providers and service users, and there is no employment relationship between the two parties. Successful registration means that the tutor agrees to all the terms.
The content of the “Tutor Terms” is equivalent to the contract between NAT English and the instructor, and any rules or instructions listed on the NAT English website belong to the client Customers must also comply with part of the contract.
b) NAT English does not guarantee the reasonableness of parents or corporate clients’ requirements for tutors
NAT English clearly stated that it did not conduct face-to-face interviews or home visits with parents or company customers in advance, and that the parents or company customers have no regard for the legality, appropriateness or suitability of the tutor’s moral, academic, self-cultivation, teaching quality, and quality. Other reasonableness and principles are not within the scope of control. NAT English does not guarantee the safety of tutors.
NAT English clearly states that the tutor’s life safety or other personal gains and losses are not within the control of NAT English. NAT English does not accept or assume any legal responsibility between the tutor and the parent or student.
c) NAT English does not guarantee the identity of parents or corporate clients or tutors
NAT English cannot and will not confirm the identity of every parent or company client or foreign tutor. Therefore, when you accept transactions with parents or corporate clients as shown by NAT English, you must be careful to prevent deceptive behavior. NAT English is not responsible for any actions or omissions of any user. * “Deceptive behavior” refers to false registration/deception/deception in connection with students or parents of foreign English tutors.
d) NAT English does not guarantee the accuracy of the information
NAT English cannot control the information provided by parents or students through this website. The relevant guarantee items are listed in the fee system. e) Exemption from legal liability of NAT English

f) Expenses of NAT English

2. Rights of NAT English

d) The right to refuse to provide services

e) The right to change the relevant fees
The charges for using the service are listed in the “Course Fees”, and the fee system has been included in this contract and is regarded as a part of the contract. f) The right to add or delete this contract NAT English reserves all rights to add or delete this contract at any time without notifying the customer in advance; the customer must check the contract information at any time to ensure that the latest customer binding terms are clear.
3. Terms and conditions for tuition intermediary services
a) The basic responsibilities of the instructor
If you, as a tutor, confirm that you accept the case of NAT English, you must try your best to follow the instructions issued by NAT English. The class must arrive on time and finish on time. The time will be cut with the consent of the parent or student. You agree to authorize this site to use your “registration information” for the promotion of this site, without being restricted by any laws. You also agree that this site will display “registered information” in part or in whole when necessary, and is not restricted by any copyright laws and personal data (privacy) regulations. You agree that you will not use any tools, software or procedures to interfere with the normal operation of the server on this site, and you will not deliberately and systematically overload the system on this site. You may not spread any computer viruses or destructive programs to this site and all customers of this site. You agree that you will not be held accountable for any losses caused by the failure of the system on this site. This site will try its best to maintain the reliability of the system and maintain good efficiency. You must not use any of the services on this site to conduct illegal or unethical behavior.
b) Borrowing the responsibility of the tutor to provide correct information
If the foreign tutor fails to provide correct information, or the tutor case service is terminated due to the lack of correct information, NAT English may refuse to provide services for him, and may also charge the incurred administrative fees.
c) The instructor withdraws the responsibility arising from the case
After the case has been confirmed, if the tutor decides to cancel the provision of tutoring to the relevant parent or student, the tutor must not pass on the information of the parent or student to any person.
d) Responsibility of the instructor for deceptive behavior
If the instructor is confirmed, or NAT English believes or discovers that the instructor is likely to engage in any deceptive behavior in connection with the parent or student, including any direction while the instructor is still providing relevant services to the parent or student After NAT English misreports that the service has been terminated, NAT English will immediately terminate the loan qualification of the tutor concerned and require the person concerned to pay all relevant fees within seven days; even afterwards If the parent or student decides to terminate the service of the relevant person, the tutor must still pay the full service fee. NAT English reserves all rights of criminal and civil prosecution, and will not tolerate any deceptive behavior.
4. No guarantee and investigation of illegal acts
a) Provide services on a “as is” basis
NAT English provides this website service on an “as is” basis. The only responsibilities of NAT English are listed in this contract. Except for the items clearly listed in this contract, NAT English will not make any explicit or implicit guarantees or conditions. NAT English cannot guarantee that the functions and services provided on this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that problems will be corrected or that this website or its servers will be free of viruses or other harmful elements. NAT English does not make any guarantee or any statement regarding the user or the results of the user’s use of this website.
b) Provide the responsibility of the payment mechanism

d) During the conversation between the staff of NAT English and the instructor, any part of their oral commitment can be regarded as a formal agreement or contract, and has legal effect. The company may also take part or all of the Dialogue recording.
e) Customers must be responsible for your “registered information”, and this site is only a passive data collection and transmission intermediary. “Registration information” must be ethical, and must ensure that it does not violate any laws, does not contain violence, pornography, and foul language, and must not contain any privacy infringement or discriminatory content. If this site believes that your “registration information” will have a negative impact on any person or organization, this site will reserve the right to take legal action. 5. Charges
a) Charge
NAT English will charge the full mathematics fee of the two-week agreement for the case as the administrative fee for referral of foreign English tutors.
b) Charging model
The tutor must pay the administrative fee by bank transfer. Please keep the receipt for verification in the future. If you are unable to provide proof of transfer due to your mistakes, NAT English reserves the right to charge the tutors the fees payable in the future.
c) Special circumstances
If there is any change or cancellation of the number of classes proposed by the parents or the company, you must contact us by phone within 24 hours. If it is not confirmed by the company, the customer still needs to pay all the administrative fees.
The number of school days originally scheduled is the number of classes that should be in the first two weeks. If students or tutors are absent from class for any reason, the number of school days in the first month is reduced, such as public holidays, sick leave, etc. The company will postpone the payment date without any reduction. Charges.
d) After either party cancels the class, the tutor must promise not to provide the same or similar English teaching services to the student within six months unless it is introduced again by NAT English. The tutor is also not allowed to refer the student’s information to a third party or other tutor’s information to the student. If it is found that the tutor has not paid the administrative fee and provided the student with English teaching services and the above-mentioned referral information, this The company must recover its administrative fees and surcharges of $2,000 through normal legal channels. In addition, all fees for document delivery, billing, and evidence collection are also reserved. Regardless of whether the student is introduced by NAT English through any other means before or after the introduction provided by NAT English, or in direct contact with the student, the tutor cannot provide the student with English teaching services. In any case, if the tutor provides the same or similar English teaching service to the student without notifying the company in writing, all the above-mentioned fees must be paid immediately. Note: The student refers to any student of the student and his family or any student with the same address as the student, and the company’s customers are also the same.
